Jesus said in the book of Matthew:

'Whenever you did one of these things to someone overlooked or ignored, that was me—you did it to me.'

Honduras is a country populated with millions of those “overlooked” by the world. The desperately poor. Hungry. Sick. Hundreds of thousands of neglected children roam the streets and mountains of Honduras in despair.

  • Over 75% of the population lives in extreme poverty
  • 25% of the population lives on $1 a day or less
  • Average life expectancy is 65
  • Honduran infants and children are sick and malnourished
  • The average Honduran acquires 4.3 years of formal schooling
  • 30% of the population is illiterate

We want to make a difference. We work towards improving current living conditions for the families in the communities in which we serve, provide food and clean water, teach basic healthcare principles, and equip the younger generation to overcome poverty and lead full lives.
